Emma produced an Audience Development Plan and Marketing Strategy for the Museum of East Anglian Life in Stowmarket towards a full HLF bid.
Working with Julia Holberry of Julia Holberry Associates, a training plan, education plan and access plan were also produced in addition to an options appraisal and full business plan.
The Audience Development Plan details the way in which this fascinating Museum can broaden its appeal and attract visitors who would not normally come. The work involved extensive market research with users and non users including young families and the travelling community. It resulted in a set of practical, people-centred actions that will help to shape the future development of the Museum and secure its future.
