This important and influential membership body approached Emma to help them revisit their communications channels at every level. Following the loss of major funding the organisation needed a serious rethink to remain relevant and sustainable. Emma conducted a brand and communications audit to establish the base line and used extensive stakeholder consultation to hone the core value proposition. She also reviewed the major success stories over the last decade and transformed these case studies into a powerful advocacy tool. Complementing Emma’s work Roger ran a governance health check audit and facilitated a governance training workshop addressing key issues. |
